Australia’s art bridges to the world
Castiglione Arts & Culture strives to continue the legacy of Giuseppe Castiglione to inspire and connect through arts.
Castiglione Arts & Culture was founded in Melbourne in 2015, Australia’s arts capital with the goal of “bridging culture through arts”. Our name is inspired by Italian painter Giuseppe Castiglione, an artist at the imperial court of Qing emperors who became a bridge between Eastern and Western arts.
During the past three years, Castiglione has brought household names from China, Japan, Korea, Hungary, Croatia to over 20,000 audiences in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth and Auckland. Not only did we cultivate new overseas audience for our artists, but we also helped Australia’s arts precincts access a large base of young, multicultural audiences.
